Advanced Centres
Aberdeen FC Community Trust’s Advanced Centres aim to nurture talented young players from the grassroots game by providing the opportunity to receive extra technical coaching sessions in addition to their club provisions.
The Advanced Centre coaching model will follow a ‘player centred’ curriculum within a fun/challenging environment. Each session will allow players to enhance their technical ability and tactical knowledge to improve their range of decision making in a variety of different game situations.
Participation Centres
AFCCT Participation Centres are designed for players of all abilities to have fun, learn new skills, and grow their love for the game. Through engaging activities and games, we create an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive, regardless of their level of experience.
Performance Labs
The AFCCT Performance Labs programme is designed to provide players with a player-centred development plan supported by small group and individual coaching with players of a similar age and ability. Players train with qualified AFCCT coaches, receive position-specific feedback, and a player review/report is provided at the end of each block.
WEE DANDIES
The Wee Dandies programme is for ages 2–7 and is themed around researched common interests, designed to capture optimum engagement and ultimately help our Wee Dandies learn the game and develop a love for football, with the potential to become future AFC stars on the pitch.
